Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Calwell Care Services currently operates as
an independent/unregistered NDIS provider.
Can I use Calwell Care Services with my NDIS funding?
We primarily work with self-managed and
plan-managed NDIS participants, subject to
the supports available within the participant's plan.
Do you accept NDIA-managed participants?
NDIA-managed NDIS funding generally requires
the participant to use registered NDIS providers.
Which areas do you service?
We provide support across Canberra and
surrounding areas. Contact us with your
suburb and we can confirm availability.
Can I meet my support worker first?
Yes. Where possible, we are happy to arrange
a meet and greet before services begin.
Can my Support Coordinator contact you?
Absolutely. Support Coordinators, family members
and other representatives are welcome to contact
us with the participant's consent.

The availability of services depends on the participant's individual needs, funding arrangements and the supports included in their NDIS plan.
